    西藏唐卡的佛像眼睛與漢地的佛眼不一樣。漢地的佛像眼睛像杏仁的形狀，但西藏佛像的上眼皮有弧度起伏，中央會凹下去一些。我看那麼多畫版，沒有人如此表現眼睛，起初我以為是老畫師的規定。後來，從夏瑪巴仁波切的法相之中，發現他的眼睛就是如此。

    夏瑪巴仁波切40幾歲時，眼睛好莊嚴，跟唐卡上畫的一樣。後來他年紀大了，身體胖起來，眼睛形狀才有點變了樣。

    原來是唐卡畫師如夏瑪巴仁波切的眼睛來畫佛眼，這就是傳承的可貴。
